After nearly two years and 100+ sustainable, delicious recipes, we’re pausing publishing on Cool Beans. We’re so grateful to all our subscribers for their support, but we know you probably have questions about the change. We’ve done our best to answer them here, but if there’s something we didn’t cover, drop a note to support@one5c.com.

I’m a paid subscriber. What happens to my Cool Beans subscription?
If you’re a paid subscriber on an annual plan, your subscription has transferred to become a one5c Premium Membership that’ll remain active through the end of May 2026. If you’re a paid subscriber on a monthly plan, your subscription has transferred to become a one5c Premium Membership that’ll remain active through the end of August 2025.
Do I need to do anything to activate my one5c Premium Membership?
Nope! We’ve securely moved all paid Cool Beans subscriptions to one5c. Your login is the same as your Cool Beans credentials, and you can sign in one of two ways:
- Passwordless login: This method emails a “magic link” directly to your inbox. Just click it to sign you into your account.
- Email address/password: If you prefer to enter a password to log in, you can set one up the first time you log in. (Accounts do not have a password set initially.) To set a password, choose “Log in another way>” on the login screen and then choose “Forgot your password?” on the next screen.
I’m set up for auto-renewal. Is that still on?
Your one5c Premium Membership will not auto-renew. We’ll reach out to you shortly before your subscription ends to see if you want to re-up. We hope you enjoy the one5c experience enough to stick around!
Can I still access Cool Beans recipes?
Sure can! We’ve moved all 100+ of our recipes to one5c.com, and you can browse them all at this link. The only caveat: You have to be a one5c Premium Member to access them.
What is a one5c Premium Membership?
Premium Members of one5c get access to a range of exclusive benefits. You can check them all out here, but a few highlights: Members-only content, including product reviews and the Cool Beans recipe archive; discounts on select one5c-approved products; members-only virtual events like book clubs; and our best-in-class newsletter packed full of the know-how you need to live more sustainably, totally ad-free.
I’m already a one5c Premium Member. What happens to me?
If you already have a one5c Premium Membership and are a paying Cool Beans subscriber, please drop us a note at support@one5c.com, and we’ll make sure you’re not paying double.

Nothing right now—unless you don’t already get one5c, and want to! You can subscribe to the free one5c newsletter or browse Premium Membership options right here.
